To ensure your safety and comfort of the Hotel Guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines.
Wi-Fi internet is free and available in entire hotel.
The password is provided at the Reception and on your request.
Our check in time is 14:00 hours p.m. and check out is at 12:00 hours. Early check in and late check out may be accommodated subject to room availability and this would attract an additional cost.
Only paying guests are allowed in the room and swimming pool. Visitors are allowed but only in the lobby area.
The number of guests per room should not be exceeded. Any unauthorised guests found overnighting at the Hotel, you would be held liable to cover the cost of their stay.
Guests are given the key card upon registration at the Reception. You are kindly asked to lock your rooms at all times.
Guests are required to handover their keys to the Receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key card they are obligated to pay the penalty of $400.00 TTD.
From 21:00 to 07:00 hours is the time of night peace.
We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests.
Disturbing other Guests is not allowed.
Blossom Oasis keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects the Hotel Rules.
Guests are not permitted in kitchen area. Breakfast can be provided upon request. Please check with Reception should you require this service.
Blossom Oasis bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings.
In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform Reception. We suggest you that you secure your personal and valuable belongings at all time.
All rooms have air conditioning. Please note that air condition does not work if windows are opened or if windows are not properly closed.
Blossom Oasis is entirely non-smoking and a drug free zone. In case of non-compliance with this rule guest will be fined and will also be asked to leave the hotel.
In all Guest rooms DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. Hotel rule is that this sign cannot be displayed longer than 24 hours. After this time, Hotel reserves the right to enter the room owing to Safety and Security reasons.
Guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through the public spaces of the hotel.
It is not allowed to take explosive, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals in to the hotel.
It is not permitted to use iron, hot plates, electric heaters or any other heater device.
No pets in rooms or on premises.
If there are any concerns or ways that the hotel can make your stay comfortable, please inform reception.
